About us:

For 30 years, Sound Learning Piano has provided the highest quality piano instruction to students of all ages and ability levels in Lithonia and the surrounding East Dekalb area. Our goal is to nurture a life-long love of music through piano study. We specialize in teaching traditional private piano lessons to students as young as three years of age. We utilize highly respected piano method books such as Piano Adventures, the Royal Conservatory of Music Celebration series and others. Our one-on-one instruction is integrated with self-paced computer technology to provide the student with a comprehensive understanding of music theory, appreciation, and history.

About the role:

Sound Learning is looking for piano teachers who are excited about teaching beginning to intermediate students. Teachers are independent contractors who have the flexibility to schedule their own hours. 

Candidate requirements:

· Strong background in music theory

· Must be team player who is willing to assist Sound Learning staff with preparing students for recitals, festivals, competitions, etc.

· Comfortable working with children and adults
